گزارش ۱۰۲ مورد بیماران مبتلا به لپتوسپیروزیس در استان مازندران از سال ۱۳۸۲ لغایت ۱۳۸۷ (گزارش کوتاه)

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: لپتوسپیروزیس یک بیماری زئونوتیک ناشایع بوده که بوسیله باکتری بیماریزایی بنام لپتوسپیرا ایجاد می شود. حاشیه دریای خزر شرایط مساعدی برای ابتلا ساکنان آن بخصوص روستائیان به این بیماری دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی موارد مبتلا به لپتوسپیروزیس در استان مازندران انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: در یک مطالعه توصیفی (case series)، کلیه اطلاعات ثبت شده در مورد بیماران مبتلا به لپتوسپیروزیس در مرکز بهداشت استان مازندران از سال 1382 لغایت 1387 جمع آوری و فرم های اطلاعاتی تکمیل و اطلاعات بدست آمده در سه قسمت ویژگی های بیماران، ویژگی های بیماری و ویژگی های محیط زندگی مورد آنالیز قرارگرفت.یافته ها: از 102 بیمار مورد بررسی اکثریت (76.5 درصد) مرد، کشاورز (46.1 درصد) و میانگین سنی آنها 15.5±48.8 سال بود. بیشترین ابتلا (62.7 درصد) در فصل تابستان گزارش گردید. شایعترین علایم تب (74.5 درصد)، درد عضلانی (68.6 درصد) و زردی (47.1 درصد) بوده اند. بیشترین ابتلا (37.3 درصد) از قائم شهر گزارش شد و اکثرا (88.2 درصد) سابقه کار در مزرعه را داشتند و بیشتر مبتلایان (97.1 درصد) بهبود یافتند.استنتاج: این مطالعه نشان داد این بیماری در استان مازندران باعث ابتلا کشاورزان در فصل کسب و کار می شود و لازم است در خصوص این بیماری اطلاعات لازم به پزشکان، بخصوص پزشکان عمومی داده شود و امکانات تشخیصی و درمانی برای این بیماری در استان توسعه یابد.
